Mode of Delivery
Training sessions will be conducted through Microsoft Team Meetings in an online format, or through LMS or face-to-face delivery. Invitations for the meeting will be distributed one day before the commencement of the training program. Training is either delivered by an accredited training provider or an affiliate training center.
Course Content
Training should emphasize on the following contents;
- Introduction to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Training: Purpose and importance of OSH training, OSH laws, and regulations related to training.
- Preparing for Training: Reviewing training materials and objectives, identifying and preparing for potential challenges, and planning for interactive and engaging activities.
- Delivering OSH Training: Communicating effectively with the training audience, using interactive and engaging techniques, managing time and pacing effectively, and outraging active participation and engagement.
- Evaluating Training Effectiveness: Measuring the success of the training, gathering feedback from trainees, identifying areas for improvement, and making adjustments.
- OSH Training Documentation and Communication: Recording training results and attendance, communicating training results to employees and management, and providing employees with training certificates.
- OSH Training Follow-up: Providing additional support and resources, encouraging employees to apply their new knowledge and skills, and monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training.
Entry Requirements
Program Duration
This course is designed to help you reach your goals at your own pace and on your schedule. Instructional contact time must be a minimum of 8 hours. Most students intend to complete their studies via online learning within 1 month.
Examination
All students must achieve a minimum 70% score to successfully pass the examination which shall be taken online through AISP assigned portal. After successful completion of the examination, students will get their results immediately on their registered emails. This is an open-book exam and students are permitted to use a separate browser window to review course content while taking the exam. If you do not pass the examination you may retake the examination. Students are allowed to take an exam three times within one month. During this time, students should review the course material to improve their understanding.
