Mode of Delivery
Training sessions will be conducted through Microsoft Team Meetings in an online format, or through LMS or face-to-face delivery. Invitations for the meeting will be distributed one day before the commencement of the training program. Training is either delivered by an accredited training provider or an affiliate training center.

- Welding, Cutting and Brazing Principles and Safety Standards: Basic welding, cutting and brazing concepts and principles, OSHA welding, cutting and brazing safety standards and regulations
- Identifying and Evaluating Hazards: Characteristics of common welding, cutting and brazing hazards, methods for identifying welding, cutting and brazing hazards in the workplace, evaluation of welding, cutting and brazing hazards and the risk of injury
- Welding, Cutting and Brazing Safety Equipment and PPE: Types of welding, cutting and brazing safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE), the proper selection, use, and maintenance of welding, cutting and brazing safety equipment and PPE
- Training and Education: Employee rights and responsibilities under OSHA standards, how employers must inform and train employees about welding, cutting and brazing hazards and safety, how to access and use hazard information
- Welding, Cutting and Brazing Safety: Procedures and Best Practices Proper lockout/tagout procedures, welding, cutting and brazing safety best practices
- Incident Investigation and Analysis: The importance of incident investigation in welding, cutting and brazing safety, the process of incident investigation and analysis, root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques
Entry Requirements
Program Duration
This course is designed to help you reach your goals at your own pace and on your schedule. Instructional contact time must be a minimum of 8 hours. Most students intend to complete their studies via online learning within 1 month.
Examination
All students must achieve a minimum 70% score to successfully pass the examination which shall be taken online through AISP assigned portal. After successful completion of the examination, students will get their results immediately on their registered emails. This is an open-book exam and students are permitted to use a separate browser window to review course content while taking the exam. If you do not pass the examination you may retake the examination. Students are allowed to take an exam three times within one month. During this time, students should review the course material to improve their understanding.
